SEXY SLEEP

I sleep
as I stand
for centuries.

It is a slumber.
My dream is long
and never ending.

I see nothing.
I see everything.
You only see me.
I see the world.
Whole of it!

I smile.
You blink in surprise.
You think, “What's she thinking?”
I don't think
in sleep.

I sleep
as I stand
for centuries.

Your father never saw me
just like your forefathers.
But, your Great Grandfather saw me.
And your Grandson will see me.
I'll be up then
implementing the centuries long dream.

No, it won’t take centuries to implement
because world is my team.
